The postal mailing address is 2211-195 Clearview Ave., K1Z-6S1. Note: Apartment 2211 doesn't exist, but there is a Canada Post mailbox for that apartment number, which the association uses.

Benefits

IPTRA exists to build a sense of community by having events and sharing information. You don't need to be a member to participate in the events, but members can:

* get on the email list and receive a monthly newsletter

* join the association's private Facebook group -- Island Park Towers R.A.

* have a say in the running of the association

Paying the voluntary dues

IPTRA has voluntary membership dues of $10 per apartment per 12-month period. Dues cover expenses such as refreshments at events, banking fees, and website fees.
