September 2016 AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the IPTRA is upon us.
Date: Wednesday September 21
Time: 7:00 p.m. Meeting start, memberships will be for sale starting at 6:30.
Please note you must be a member of the IPTRA to vote at the meeting.
The agenda will be pretty straightforward:

Appointment of meeting recording secretary
Approval of the minutes of the 2015-10-26 AGM
Report from the Chair
Membership update
Financial Report & Budget
Description of positions
Nominations
Elections
Discussion of members' vision for the year ahead.
Please find attached:
* minutes from the 2015 AGM,
* financial report for 2015/16 and budget for the upcoming year,
* the Acting President's Report, including the list of those who have agreed to stand for election (with lots of space for additional people!)
As well, there is a notice from Terri Renaud, who is trying to start up card-playing in the lobby of 200.
